Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Step 3: Add the snow peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Step 5: Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coats the vegetables.
- Step 6: Serve hot over rice or noodles.
