- 1.5 lbs cremini mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and sherry. Make sure the mushrooms are well coated.
- Step 3: Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the prepared baking dish, open side up.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the mushrooms evenly with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
