- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain off any excess grease. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the browned ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, green beans, corn, and milk. Stir well to combine.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the crushed potato chips evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days to enjoy later.
- For best results, reheat individual portions in the microwave, covered, until warmed through.
- Serve this casserole with a side of crusty bread to soak up all the delicious sauce.
- For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture while browning!
