Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (9-inch) Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 8 ounces Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 cup Candy Corn
- 1/4 cup Yellow Food Coloring
- 1/4 cup Orange Food Coloring
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until well combined.
- Step 3: Divide the cream cheese mixture into three equal portions in separate bowls.
- Step 4: Add yellow food coloring to one bowl and orange food coloring to another bowl, leaving the third bowl plain. Mix well to incorporate the color into each bowl.
- Step 5: Spread the yellow cream cheese mixture evenly into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with the orange cream cheese mixture, spreading it evenly. Finally, spread the plain cream cheese mixture as the top layer.
- Step 6: Garnish the top of the pie with the remaining whipped topping and candy corn. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover pie, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to maintain its creamy texture.
- This pie is best served chilled; freezing is not recommended as it can alter the consistency of the whipped topping.
- Garnish individual slices with extra candy corn for a festive presentation.
- For a smoother color swirl effect, gently marble the yellow and orange layers together with a toothpick before adding the plain layer.
