Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare a baking sheet (approximately 9×13 inches) by lining it completely with parchment paper. Ensure the parchment paper extends over the edges to make it easier to lift the bark later.
  2. Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Key lime juice, Key lime zest, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
