- Ground beef 1 pound
- Garlic powder 2 teaspoons
- Onion powder 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup
- Refrigerated biscuit dough 1 can (8 biscuits)
- Butter, melted 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Step 2: Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 equal portions.
- Step 3: Flatten each biscuit dough round. Place one portion of the ground beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal completely.
- Step 4: Place the sealed cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Step 5: Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with melted butter.
- Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
