- 1.5 lbs Mushrooms, cremini or button, whole or halved depending on size
- 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or over low heat. Add the minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
- Step 3: Add the mushrooms to the bowl with the butter mixture and toss well to coat them evenly.
- Step 4: Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 5: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and slightly browned, stirring halfway through.

- Store leftover roasted mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat leftover mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, adding a pat of butter for extra flavor.
