  • Graham Crackers: 6 whole crackers, finely crushed

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the filling. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crushed graham crackers. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Step 2: Assemble the bombs. Take a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and flatten it slightly in your palm. Place a chocolate square on top, then cover with another spoonful of cream cheese mixture to fully enclose the chocolate. Form into a small ball, ensuring the chocolate is completely sealed. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Step 3: Freeze the bombs. Place the assembled s'mores bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 1 hour. This will help them hold their shape during frying.
  4. Step 4: Prepare the breading station. Place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and panko bread crumbs in a third.
