- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Assorted Easter candies (jelly beans, mini eggs, etc.) for topping
- Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit for dipping
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
- Step 3: Add the vanilla extract, heavy cream, and salt. Beat on medium speed until the dip is light and fluffy.
- Step 4: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Step 5: Decorate the top of the dip with assorted Easter candies.
- Step 6: Serve immediately with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit for dipping.
Notes
- Keep leftover dip refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days, but the candy toppings are best if added just before serving.
- This dip is best served cold, so there's no need to reheat it.
- For a festive twist, arrange your dipping treats around the bowl like an Easter basket overflowing with goodies!
- Be sure your cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in your dip – patience is key!
