DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
At CookFluent, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting Copyright Infringement

Where to Send DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the content provider of the removal.
- Take further appropriate action if necessary, including repeat offender policy enforcement.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., consenting to jurisdiction where CookFluent is located) and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.
