Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz dried egg noodles
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Step 2: Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter. Pour in chicken broth and cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and the liquid is mostly absorbed (about 2-3 minutes).
- Step 4: Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked chicken. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Step 5: Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
