- Yukon Gold Potatoes (diced) – 2 lbs
- Smoked Chicken Sausage (sliced) – 1 package (12-14 oz)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 2 cups
- Ranch Dressing – 1 cup
- Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Dried Dill – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill.
- Step 3: Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
- Step 5: Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir in the sliced smoked chicken sausage and ranch dressing. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Step 6: Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
