Delicious cheeseburger bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Cheddar cheese: 8 ounces, cubed
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough: 1 can (8 biscuits)
  • Onion: 1/2 medium, finely chopped
  • Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard: 1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Step 2: Stir in the chopped onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the cooked ground beef. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Separate the biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit into a thin circle.
  4. Step 4: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, followed by a cube of cheddar cheese.
  5. Step 5: Bring the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching them together tightly to seal and form a ball.
  6. Step 6: Place the cheeseburger bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Store cooled cheeseburger bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For best results, reheat cheeseburger bombs in an oven or air fryer to re-crisp the dough.
  • Serve these delightful bombs with a side of dill pickle spears and your favorite burger toppings for dipping.
  • Don't overfill the biscuit dough – too much filling will make them difficult to seal and may cause them to burst while baking!
