Ingredients
- Fresh Blueberries: 2 cups
- Fresh Peaches: 2 cups, peeled and sliced
- Pineapple chunks: 1 cup, drained
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Rolled oats: 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar: 1/2 cup, packed
- Cold unsalted butter: 1/2 cup (1 stick), cubed
- Ground cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, gently combine blueberries, peach slices, and pineapple chunks. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Step 4: Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Step 6: Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store cooled cobbler in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered tightly to prevent the topping from getting soggy.
- For a warm and comforting treat, gently reheat individual portions in the microwave or oven until heated through.
- Serve the blueberry peach pineapple cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
- To ensure a truly tender crumble, keep the butter as cold as possible when cutting it into the dry ingredients.
