Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small oven-safe skillet or baking dish (approximately 8 inches).
  2. Step 2: Place the feta cheese in the center of the prepared skillet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (or cream), salt, and pepper. Gently pour the egg mixture over and around the feta cheese, ensuring the feta is mostly submerged but some is still visible.
