  • 4 oz Boursin cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the softened Boursin cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the top of the salmon, ensuring it's coated completely.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of your salmon fillet.
