Ingredients
Scale
- Graham crackers crumbs 1 1/2 cups
- Unsalted butter, melted 6 tablespoons
- Cream cheese, softened 32 ounces
- Granulated sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 4 large
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Apple pie filling 21 ounces
- Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Step 3: Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon apple pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer. Gently pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the apple filling.
- Step 4: Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top of the cheesecake.
- Step 5: Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is just slightly jiggly. Let cool completely in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
Notes
- Store leftover cheesecake tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to maintain its creamy texture.
- Gently warm individual slices in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to enhance the flavors and soften the cheesecake.
- Serve chilled cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon for an elegant presentation.
- For a smoother cheesecake, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened before mixing and avoid over-beating the batter.
