Delicious air fryer chicken bites and broccoli recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces: 1 pound
  • Broccoli florets: 1 pound
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then, toss with the cornstarch to coat evenly.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd it. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Step 5: Add the broccoli florets to the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer). Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Step 6: Serve the air fryer chicken bites and broccoli immediately.

Notes

  • For optimal crunch, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat these bites in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes to restore their crispy texture.
  • Serve these tasty bites with a side of honey mustard or your favorite dipping sauce for an extra flavor boost.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket; cooking in batches ensures the chicken and broccoli get beautifully browned and crispy.
